Select Board - First and third Friday mornings at 8:30am and the second and fourth Thursday evenings at 7:00pm. .

Conservation Commission - First Thursday of the month. Madbury Town Hall, 7:00pm
Library Trustees Third Thursday of the month at Madbury Public Library, 9:00am.
Planning Board - First and Third Wednesday of the month. Madbury Town Hall, 7:00pm
Public Works Planning Committee - Third Monday of the Month. Madbury Town Hall, 7:00pm,
additional meetings will be posted as required.
Recreation Commission - Third Tuesday of the month. Madbury Town Hall, 7:00pm
Water Resources Board - Last Tuesday of the month. Madbury Town Hall, 7:00pm
Zoning Board of Adjustment - Third Tuesday of the month (as necessary). Madbury Town Hall, 7:00pm
Other Committees:
The Oyster River Local River Advisory Committee, established as a regional committee by the NH DES, meets on the third Thursday of the month, 5:30pm at the Madbury Town Hall.

STANDING PUBLIC NOTICES
Madbury's Winter Parking Ordinance can be found here. In short, parking is prohibited on roads during snow removal and/or sanding operations. Also, you should not place snow on the roads as you plow your driveways.

The Public Works Planning Committee announces an RFP to engage the services of a design / engineering company to produce a build-ready site plan for a proposed Town Public Works facility.

The Madbury Select Board will hold an additional meeting at 6:00pm on Monday, June 16, 2025 at the Madbury Safety Complex, 334 Knox Marsh Rd. This is a joint meeting with the Barrington and Lee Select Boards to discuss a proposal for fire services cooperation between the three towns.
